We had a great time at the Fife's house last night. We rang in the New Year with these really great kids!
Noel and Jim snuggling on the couch...It was fun to hang out with some of Lauren's friends! Really cute kids!

I love your blog & I have to say I am a huge fan of "NO FRIENDS" on vacations! In my experiences.... my kids have no chance of bonding with their siblings with friends around. What really is the point of going out of town when each child has a "friend?" Obviously, I love "friends" but we have so much more success as "a family" with just each other! Those are the best moments with just your own kids on vacation. It looks like you had fun & your kids are adorable!
On a different note... I am so grateful that our kids have so many great "friends" to hang with! I think we are all so fortunate to live in a stake with so many great families! I tell my kids on a weekly basis... " you are who your friends are!" So, I was glad to see these pictures with good parents AND good friends for my kids! It takes a village - the more good influences the better - they need it from every angle!
